We are seeking a passionate Casual Registered Nurses to join our Perioperative Anaesthetics team at Pindara Private Hospital on the beautiful Gold Coast.
About the Role
In this role you will work across the full scope of our Theatre Department’s operations across 22 fully equipped operating theatres, supporting the Anaesthetic services for procedures within the theatres.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as an Anaesthetic trained Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Any paediatric experience will also be well regarded.
The flexibility to handle a 7 day rotating roster components will be key for this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience or more as a Nurse in a similar department or ward (Anaesthetics) is essential.
- Relevant perioperative specialty qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential.
- Cell Saver training is highly desirable.
On offer is an hourly rate of $35.00-$46.00 + Casual Loading based on experience.
