Due to growth of our services, we are looking for Registered Nurses with Orthopaedic Scrub Scout experience to join our Theatre team at Waverley Private Hospital. There are both permanent part-time and casual roles available.
About the Role
In this role you will perform clinical duties with the support and guidance of the Perioperative Services Manager and Floor Coordinators to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients as they undergo their procedures with your focus being on Orthopaedic procedures. You will work closely with a diverse team to achieve positive outcomes for our patients.
You will have the chance to participate in a comprehensive orientation program and receive extensive support from the Perioperative Services Manager and Floor Coordinators in carrying out your duties.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Scrub Scout Nurse with a passion for patient care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA.
- Orthopaedic specialty experience is key to this role
- Proven 2-3 years recent experience in a Perioperative environment.
