Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Allied Health Assistant to join our Occupational Therapy department in a permanent part-time capacity.
About the Role
As an Allied Health Assistant you will assist with the provision of individual and group therapy and provide non-clinical support through completion of administrative duties.
This role will suit an individual with suitable clinical experience along with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. The ability to communicate effectively both with internal and external clients will be key to your success in this role along with the capacity to work effectively as part of a professional team. You will also bring;
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience within a rehabilitation unit or service.
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance is essential.
- Proficiency in computer use and demonstrated commitment to quality service provision and professional development will be highly regarded
Most importantly, you will bring a client-first attitude with a desire to assist our patients in obtaining the best possible outcomes for their health.
