We are seeking multiple Registered Nurses to join our expanding six chair Renal Dialysis Unit at Pindara Private Hospital on the Gold Coast.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity with flexible hours to suit candidate availability.

 

                                          

About the Role

You will be joining our professional Renal Unit team at Pindara Private hospital. The unit is state-of-the-art and offers comprehensive haemodialysis/haemodiafiltration treatment using the latest Fresenius dialysis machines. The unit currently provides six chairs to local and interstate patients and will be expanding into a new larger area in early 2021.

Your key responsibility within this role will be the delivery of support and care to patients who are undergoing and recovering from their Dialysis treatment. You will report to the Nurse Unit Manager and work alongside our specialised and highly experienced renal unit team, who are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients in a comfortable, safe and relaxed environment.

 

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skill set within a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with recent acute experience in a Renal Dialysis unit or ward. You will be passionate about patient care and provide a high standard of customer-focused service, in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team or individually as required.

You will also bring:

  • Nursing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 2 years Renal Dialysis specialty experience is essential.
  • Any postgraduate qualifications in a relevant specialty will be highly regarded.

 

 

Remuneration

On offer is a full-time equivalent (pro rata), base annual salary ranging from;

$70,697 - $90,715 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
