About the role
Pindara Private Hospital is one of the few hospitals in Australia with a specialised unit dedicated to neurosurgery. Our unit, known as 3E, consists of a 25-bed ward supported by a four-bed close observation unit supporting the needs of patients who have undergone Neurosurgery.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be supported and guided by a close knit team to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care. You will assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients within the unit across a roster of Night Duty shifts.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Registered Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The availability to work primarily Night Shifts will be required for this role.
You will also have:
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience
- Neurosurgical experience desirable
On offer is an hourly rate of $36-$47 + Superannuation exclusive of penalties or allowances.
