We are seeking an experienced senior administrative professional to provide effective and efficient executive level assistance to the executive team at Masada Private Hospital.
About the Role
In this role you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Executive team. Your key responsibilities will be providing administrative assistance and support to the CEO and the wider executive team as required. This will include;
- Diary management
- Telephone screening
- Preparing correspondence
- Meeting coordination/minute taking
- Compliance Documentation and database maintenance
You will also be involved in supporting a wide variety of administrative projects and functions for the executive team including but not limited to auditing, newsletters, licensing and maintaining employee contracts/documentation.
To be successful in this role you will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, advanced organisational skills and have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. You will be an efficient and motivated professional with the proven ability to problem solve and to work under pressure.
You will also bring;
- 3 years’ experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role.
- Previous experience working in a health care environment is ideal, though not essential.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in hospital mainframe systems ie, Meditech, will be highly regarded.
