We are seeking an experienced supply and logistics professional to take on a Supply Manager role at Warringal Private Hospital in Heidelberg.
About the Role
In this role you will coordinate and control the purchasing of goods, services, and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures, to achieve the hospital's requirements at the best value consistent with appropriate quality and service standards. This will also involve the efficient receiving, storage and issuing of general and medical supplies and equipment, while maintaining all administrative and clerical requirements of the department.
While you will be based at Warringal Private, this is a multi-site role across Warringal and our nearby sister hospital, Donvale private Hospital.
In this role you will report to the Commercial Manager and work Monday-Friday with the occasional evening or weekend for key stocktakes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience managing large scale supply networks with hospital/medical experience being highly desired. You will be a strong communicator with the capacity to effectively manage a large team of administrative and operation staff. You will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
You will also bring;
- Experience with SAP/Pronto or equivalent.
- Any relevant logistics/supply qualifications will be highly desired.
- Computer literacy across the Microsoft office suite.
On offer is a salary range of $75,000-$105,000 + Superannuation depending on experience level.
