We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Day surgery / Recovery team at Nowra Private Hospital.
There are multiple Casual roles available for nurses with experience and training in Day Surgery or PACU or with a dual skillset in both.
As a Registered Nurse you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered within the ward. The opportunity is open for an experienced Registered Nurse.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with all members of multidisciplinary team.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting within Day surgery or PACU with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The flexibility to handle a rotating roster with on call components along with weekend and evening shifts will be key for this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in PACU /Day surgery and HDU desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
- Any post-graduate qualifications will be well regarded
- Registered Nurses $33.23 - $46.67 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
