Team Leader – Theatre Technician

30 hours per week to Full-Time available

About the Role

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the Theatre Technician Team Leader is required to assist with patient positioning, theatre set ups, cleaning and restocking theatres and supporting the wards where required. Further to this, you will be responsible for the management, use and training of technical theatre equipment.  

This role reports directly to the Nurse Unit Manager. 

 

About You

We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated, with a commitment to providing a high level of quality patient care. You will bring proven experience as a theatre orderly ideally in a leadership capacity.

  • You must hold a Certificate III in Theatre Technician
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience within a similar role.
  • Orthopaedic experience is essential.
  • Solid time management skills
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills

 

Remuneration

On offer is an hourly rate of $32.00+ Superannuation.
