Theatre Associate Nurse Unit Manager (Cardiothoracic)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the leadership team of our fast-paced perioperative team at Warringal Private Hospital.
About the Role
We are regarded as one of Australia’s premier orthopaedic hospitals specialising in joint replacement surgery, spinal surgery and reconstructive surgical management of sporting injuries.
In this role you will be joining our theatre team supporting procedures across 11 operating theatres and your particular focus will be across Cardiothoracic procedures.
You will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager in the efficient management of staff and resources within the clinic ensuring achievement of excellence in care delivery. You will be mentoring and leading a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff alongside a supportive leadership team so this role will suit an individual driven to help others succeed.

You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- 3 years’ experience in perioperative nursing will be essential for this role.
- Specialty experience in Cardiothoracic procedures is essential.
The flexibility to handle a rotating weekly roster is also essential for this role.
On offer is an hourly rate raging from $ 49.42 - $ 51.05 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager gr1-gr3) [FTE $97 656.09 - $ 100 879.93]
