About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected Day Surgery Unit at Albury Wodonga Private Hospital.  In this role, you will responsible for the management of patient records, appointments and procedures, processing patient invoices and receipts. You will also be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians.



About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, including high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work flexibly, and strong computer skills will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.


You will also bring:

  • Previous medical administration experience is essential, with reception experience being highly regarded.
  • Ability to work autonomously or part of a team and without direct supervision
  • Exceptional typing/keyboarding skills.
  • Experience with Patient Management Systems will be ideal for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

The Hospital provides an extensive range of inpatient and day patient services to a catchment area with a population in excess of 200,000 extending from the North East of Victoria through the Southern Riverina district of NSW.
