About the Role
In this role you will be working across our Preadmissions and Day Surgery teams. As a member of our clinical team you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients to ensure effective continuity of medical care throughout admission and on discharge.
In this role you will report to the Nurse Unit Manager and you will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to exceed Ramsay’s high standard of client care.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekend and evening shifts will be key for this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- 2 years’ experience or more as a Nurse in a similar department or ward.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
- Any postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential.
$36.49 - $46.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
