Casual position available (30 Hours per Fortnight)


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Day Surgery Team at Albury Wodonga Private Hospital.



About the Role

As a member of our Day Surgery team you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients throughout their procedures.



About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting. Your excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and passion for client care will assist in providing a high standard of customer focused service, in line with Ramsay’s core values. 


Successful candidates will also meet the following criteria:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years’ postgraduate experience 
  • Ability to use initiative, self-motivation, work as a team member with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of legislation and policies relevant to nursing practice in the current workplace




On offer is a rate ranging from:

$33.23 - $46.67 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE 65 665.60 - $92 230.31]

Owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, Australia’s largest and most respected operator of private hospitals, Albury Wodonga Private Hospital is a comprehensive medical and surgical hospital with 5 operating theatres and separate day surgery unit. The Hospital provides an extensive range of inpatient and day patient services to a catchment area with a population in excess of 200,000 extending from the North East of Victoria through the Southern Riverina district of NSW.




To ensure the quality and safety for our patients, staff and visitors, applicants will be required to provide before commencement a National Police Check, Working with Children Clearance and proof of Immunity to specific infectious diseases.
