About the Role
Exciting opportunities exist for highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Renal Dialysis Unit at St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital to provide patients a high standard of dedicated and specialised care. We have multiple positions up to 76 hours per fortnight.
This role will see you directly assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of patients requiring Haemodialysis services. We are looking for nurses who can work well in a team environment and support the ongoing growth of this service.
You will be reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and working alongside a supportive team.
To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a Registered Nurse with specialty experience within Renal Haemodialysis. You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The qualities and experience that we are seeking in our new team member are:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Past haemodialysis experience within a Renal Dialysis unit or department will be highly regarded.
- A post-graduate qualification in renal nursing or working towards will be well regarded.
- Experience with Gambro/Baxter machines will be highly regarded.
The flexibility to handle a rotating roster will also be key for this role.
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from;
$36.49 - $46.82 + superannuation based on experience on level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife gr2-gr8) [FTE $94 186.04 - $100 760.19]
