About the Role
We are seeking an IV Qualified Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our Surgical Ward Team. Working as a member of our Clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality care to all patients and clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This opportunity will also see you delivering clinical support to other members of the multi-disciplinary patient care team.
To succeed in this role, you will be a positive and effective team player with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to providing patient focused care.
You will also demonstrate:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum two (2) years post graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
- As an Enrolled Nurse you will be medication endorsed and IV qualified
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $ 29.89 - $32.53 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) [FTE $59 075.12 - $64 294.87]
Southern Highlands Private Hospital provides 74 acute medical and surgical beds, as well as an extensive range of onsite rehabilitation and palliative care services for the community and beyond to the regional and rural areas. The Hospital has 4 Operating Theatres, a Procedure Room, a Day Surgery Unit and a Day Oncology Unit. The hospital is located in Bowral, adjacent to the public hospital.
