We are seeking a Technician to join our team at North Shore Private Hospital.
This is a Full Time Opportunity in our Endoscopy Department
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out the cleaning of the medical equipment for North Shore Private Hospital’s endoscopy department.
This will include working in conjunction with the Operating Theatre staff to provide timely cleaning and High Level Decontamination (HLD) of endoscopes. This is a critical part of the surgical process and the ability to work efficiently with your team to manage pressing deadlines is crucial.
You will ensure consistency and continuous workflow between the various Operating Theatre areas whilst practising exceptional customer service and maintaining the high operational standards of the department.
To succeed in this role you will bring proven experience, ideally within a hospital setting. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
You will also bring;
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in Endoscopy desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
- Applicants are required to complete the GENCA Fundamentals of Endoscope Reprocessing Workshop and GENCA Endoscope Reprocessing Online Learning Package
