About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the team in our Surgical Ward which specialises in Urology, Gynaecology, Plastics, and Breast Surgery. Working within a supportive team, dedicated to providing our patients with support and specialised care, you will be responsible for providing high level clinical care and exceptional customer service to patients and their families. This will involve assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each individual patient.
This role will see you reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and you will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to provide safe, holistic nursing care to each individual patient to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with recent acute surgical experience in a relevant specialty (Gynaecology/Urology/Breast). You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring:
- Nursing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Minimum 2 years relevant specialty experience in an acute care setting.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work as a cohesive team member
$37.04 - $47.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife gr2-gr8) [FTE $73,193.41 - $94,380.08]
