We are seeking RNs and ENs with rehabilitation experience to join our amazing team – we have full time, part time and casual positions available for the right candidates.

About the Role

Our registered staff work within a supportive team of professionals, passionate about providing the best quality care for patients. In this role, you will provide patients within our Rehabilitation unit a high standard of dedicated and specialised care to which the team prides itself as a night shift Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse. As a Ramsay Health Care Nurse, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders. You will support the assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating of the care delivery of each patients individual needs.

You will be reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and working alongside a supportive team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset and rehabilitation experience (preferred). You will have a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

We are looking for RNs and ENs who thrive working within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Relevant Rehabilitation nursing highly desirable
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a health-care team, and positively influence the performance of other staff

This position requires someone with flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
