Perioperative Services Manager
We are seeking a Perioperative Services Manager to join the management team at Hillcrest Rockhampton Private Hospital, Ramsay Healthcare. This is a Permanent Full-Time role.
Owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, Hillcrest Rockhampton Private Hospital has four operating theatres, specialising in Orthopaedics including MAKO robotic joint replacements, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Endoscopy, Bariatric Surgery, Plastics Surgery, Urology and Gynaecology.

About the Role
In this role you will be taking on the operational management of our Theatre complex including Preadmissions, Day Surgery and CSSD and will be accountable for the efficient and effective management of all human & material resources within the department. The role encompasses planning, implementing and evaluating all practices, processes and clinical services of the unit.
You will contribute to both unit and organisational clinical governance including ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, quality and safety standards, industrial agreements and organisational guiding statements and documents.
You will supported by a passionate team including our Theatre Floor Manager and skilled Nurses while reporting to and utilising the mentorship of the Director of Clinical Services.
To be successful in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset with a minimum 5 years management experience in perioperative nursing or other nursing specialty. You love leading a team and creating a workplace culture based on the values and visions for Ramsay Health Care. You have an assertive and accommodating personality, form strong interpersonal relationships and focus on the efficient and effective delivery of best practice in the operating suite in line with legislative health care requirements. You are able to work well with the executive team to shape organizational strategy and improve service provision. You will provide a positive influence on the workforce and demonstrate honesty and integrity in the workplace.
$59.10 - $63.95 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. [FTE: $116,787.94 - $126,373.10] (QLD 4NUM 1-4)
