  • Part time opportunity available, 58 hours/fortnight

We have a part time position for a Clinical Nurse at Joondalup Health Campus This opportunity will see you joining our friendly, positive and busy theatre scrub/scout team, working within Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

We are seeking an experienced nurse with the suitable skills and competence to provide leadership and support to our theatre department. Acting as a professional resource and demonstrating broad knowledge in all facets of caring for patients, you will have the ability to problem solve and foster a supportive culture for your team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skill-set and have a passion for client care, exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

You will also bring:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • 3-4 years’ post graduate experience in theatre nursing
  • Post graduate qualification highly regarded
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing support, leadership and education to staff

Requirements

As a part of Ramsay Health Care’s ongoing response to the pandemic and commitment to the health and wellbeing of the community, successful applicants are required to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19 (including a third dose, as required) using a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation prior to commencement.

Candidates must provide a current National Police check, and depending on the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisations against infectious disease.
