An exciting opportunity exists for a professional and proactive Enrolled Nurse to join and support our Neonatal Team at Joondalup Health Campus.  


About the Role

Working across the scope of our 16 bedded Level 5 Neonatal Unit. As an Enrolled Nurse at Joondalup Health Campus you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality patient care to a diverse range of patients and families within the Neonatal Unit. We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse who thrives in working within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.

This will involve, but is not limited to;

  • Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating care delivery needs of patients;
  • Checking, preparing and administering medications in accordance with registration requirements, relevant legislation and organisational policies and procedures; and
  • Treating all customers and staff with respect and equality whilst meeting all aspects of their care in a timely and professional manner.

The flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster is essential for this role. 


About You

The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse with 2 years minimum experience in a acute care setting. 
  • Clinical and professional knowledge in Neonates and / or Paediatrics
  • Successful completion of EN medication administration education 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality patient care
  • Ability to use initiative, self-motivation and work as a team member with supervision
  • Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills and effective written and verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

$30.71 - $32.99 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr4) [ FTE $60 700.64 - $65 200.20]
