We are seeking a motivated and positive team player to join our Allied Health team at Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital as a Physiotherapist.

Our clinical staff work within a supportive team of professionals, passionate about providing the best quality care for patients. You will be joining a fast-paced team that excels under pressure and prides itself on exceeding the highest standard of care.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for highly motivated individuals to join our team. This opportunity will see you working with our inpatients alongside a dedicated Allied Health and clinical team.  The Allied Health team provides treatment to a variety of patients including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, cardiology/ cardiac surgery and general medical patients.

In this role you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing therapy whilst developing appropriate discharge plans within a multidisciplinary team.

About You

You will be a qualified Physiotherapist with prior post graduate experience obtained within an acute hospital setting. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport and deliver a high standard of customer-focused service in line with our Ramsay's core values.  You will also demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and workloads both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration
  • Prior experience working in an acute setting.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills
  • Be willing to contribute to the development and promotion of a cohesive and interactive team
  • Flexible and positive approach to work
