Permanent Full-time and Casual opportunities

Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a full-time permanent rotational Physiotherapist and casual Physiotherapists to join our team within a growing and successful private hospital.  The commencement date for all roles is Monday 5th September 2022.  Casual positions are for weekend and/or weekday shift availability.

 

About the Physiotherapy Department

Our Physiotherapy Department provides services to a broad range of clinical caseloads across the hospital including adult inpatients in the acute wards and rehabilitation, day rehabilitation and outpatient unit.  Your key duties will be the planning, implementation and evaluation of physiotherapy treatment programs for clients in the relevant work areas.

Our team prides itself on exceeding Ramsay’s high standard of care with a professional and positive attitude. In this role you will report to the Allied Health Manager and work closely with the support of a Senior Physiotherapist.

 

About You

This position requires someone with flexibility and the ability work in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will bring a positive team orientated focus and have a passion for client care.  You will have exceptional communication skills and be committed to providing a high standard of customer-focused service. 

For the full-time permanent position, candidates should be available for occasional overnight on-call and weekend shifts.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy qualification
  • Current unconditional registration with AHPRA.
  • Recent experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a patient caseload.
  • Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • A commitment to personal professional development and Departmental service improvement.
