You will report to the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer, with a dotted line to the Senior Product Manager – Web Channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimisation and improved search engine rankings.
  • Optimise existing and new content for SEO.
  • Assist in setting up an internal linking structure.
  • Develop content strategies to attract and engage target audiences, driving traffic and conversions.
  • Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Work with colleagues in the marketing and transformation teams to analyse website performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Stay current on industry trends, SEO algorithms, and CX best practices to inform content strategy and execution.

Your Essential Skills and Experience

You will have a strong background in SEO best practices, an understanding of customer journey mapping and, ideally, experience in health care content writing.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in communications or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling, digital, SEO-friendly copy for our extensive list of websites.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work to defined deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and feedback
  • Passion for creating and delivering high-quality, digital customer-focused content
  • Experience working in complex environments
  • Ability to align communication effort with key business objectives
  • Knowledge of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Experience working on large website projects
  • A strong alignment with The Ramsay Way values
