What you’ll do

Lead our Pottsville Beach Pharmacy team and extend your scope of practice. This premier community pharmacy is well established in the Pottsville community and provides a wide range of professional services to our valued patients, including vaccinations, webster packing & meds checks. You will work collaboratively with our clinical leaders and allied health professionals to lead our established community pharmacy team and drive centralised patient care. The successful candidate will receive the support, resources, and mentorship to advance in a successful leadership career at Ramsay.

• Work closely with clinical leaders to ensure our pharmacy service aligns to patient care initiatives and operational requirements.
• Provide dispensary operations, pharmacy services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers of the Pottsville region.  
• Participate in a wide range of professional services and health promotion campaigns, including; vaccinations, webster packing & meds checks

What you’ll bring

This opportunity is perfect for a forward-facing pharmacist who will thrive in a small, friendly coastal community. You are a strong communicator that naturally leads by example.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
• High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
• Experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
• Previous management experience is highly desirable, but not essential.

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
• A national police check within the last 12 months
