About the role

In this position you will be joining the onsite cafe Jacaranda, maintaining a high standard of quality in food production, and ensuring cleanliness within the department. This will be in accordance with the required Food Safety Plan, applicable HACCP standards, and hospital policies.

• Ensure Smart working practices and high-quality food production.
• Maintain exceptional food quality standards.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Assist the team in ensuring food is ordered in a timely manner.

• This role is for a Casual Chef, in a busy growing cafe team Monday to Friday.

 About You

You will act as a positive role model, showing how to foster a supportive, friendly, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture.

You will also bring:

• Certificate III in commercial cookery or equivalent skills from previous experience
• Previous experience in short order kitchen essential
• Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety
• Commitment to excellence in preparation and supply of food services
• Commitment to excellence in hygiene standards.

Essential Requirements

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
