About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected team. We are a mental health Day Program that is overseen by a psychiatrist and facilitated by a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. You will be reliable with experience in the Mental Health department. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast paced environment.
You will also bring:
- Previous medical reception experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Remuneration
PH from $26.68 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
