What you’ll do

Ramsay Pharmacy has a new opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team and support the Revenue Growth Manager to efficiently coordinate and fulfill online orders. This opportunity is for a Monday – Friday roster based at a central Brisbane southside location, 9am – 2:30pm each day. These hours can be flexible for the right candidate.

Your duties will include picking, packing, online portal ordering and customer service to support the daily operation of the eCommerce platform. In addition, you may also be required to support the greater Pharmacy team with the following duties:

• Front of counter support, providing exceptional customer service
• Support the pharmacy staff and advise patients on non-medicinal products
• Assist with stock control

What you’ll bring

• Previous working experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is desirable
• Previous website CMS experience (any platform) is desirable
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
• You love working in a team, and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide: 

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
• A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
