The Opportunity
Ramsay’s National Marketing & Communications team is seeking a Web Content Specialist to enhance our customer and doctor-facing websites. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting all of Ramsay Health Care’s services. You’ll also play a pivotal role in the Digital and Transformation Strategic Website Project, contributing to the migration and of our websites for a more patient-friendly, streamlined experience. Please note that this role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth.
Key Accountabilities
- Update and manage website content across Sitecore and Optimizely CMS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of published materials.
- Optimise website performance and responsiveness, delivering a seamless user experience on all devices.
- Enhance existing content, including web pages, blogs, and multimedia, to improve user engagement and ensure cross-platform responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimise websites for digital campaigns and improve campaign performance.
- Work with developers and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical and coding issues on the websites.
- Ensure graphic standards, brand compliance, and accessibility guidelines are consistently maintained across all digital content.
- Uphold Ramsay Health Care’s security and policy compliance, ensuring adherence to IT and digital standards.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll be a digital content professional with expertise in managing and updating websites across Sitecore and Optimizely CMS. You’ll have a strong focus on enhancing user experience, optimising content, improving responsiveness, and collaborating with digital marketing teams to drive successful campaigns. Additionally, you’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels and work seamlessly with diverse teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Sitecore and Optimizely CMS, including content development, editing, and troubleshooting.
- Sound knowledge and experience with cross-device web responsive implementations.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and location-based search to promote services online.
- Experience developing online content and improving customer experience to increase engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Resourceful, team player, and flexible.
Desirable:
- Front-end development experience to create customer-facing experiences.
- Experience contributing to a development workflow.
- Familiarity with Azure.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to guide marketing strategy and demonstrate commercial results.
