Receptionist - General Administration

- If so, we have available a Permanent part time position: 30hrs per fortnight.
- Hours of work Monday 10am-6pm and Tuesday 6.30am-2.30pm routinely plus opportunity to pick up additional shifts to cover leave.
Exciting Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and highly capable receptionist to join our high functioning front office team and be responsible for front desk operations, greeting patients and visitors, and reception duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service across all aspects of reception
- Collaborating with medical staff, colleagues, patients, and visitors to ensure seamless hospital experiences.
- Compiling and managing patient admission documents and clinical records.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls to the hospital
- Processing payments and remittances.

- High level time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in computer usage, including MS suite.
- Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes and prioritise work schedules to meet changing needs
- Flexibility to cover different shifts if required.
It would also be an advantage to have:
- Confidence and experience with various IT systems
- Previous experience in a hospital/medical environment.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
