Associate Nurse Unit Manager

About the Role

In this role you will be joining our Gilmore Ward. This is a surgical orthopaedic ward. This role is suited to an experienced Nurse with management aspirations or experience to step into a key leadership role in the department.

In the ANUM role you will also closely monitor and assist the Nurse Unit Manager with human and equipment resource management.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum three (5) years’ acute nursing experience 
  • Orthopaedics experience
  • Clinical leadership experience or post graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Current clinical experience working in acute medical services
  • Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing professional development

 

Remuneration: 

On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $ 57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager yr1-yr2)

Requirements
