About the role
Exciting opportunity to join our Oncology/Haematology/Infusion Day unit which is a 12 chair/bedded day unit open Monday – Saturday), treating Oncology/Haematology patients with cytotoxic drugs and supportive therapies; and patients with non-malignancies requiring a wide range of intravenous therapies.
You will be required to supervise and direct patient care within the nursing team as well as participate as a supportive team member in clinical and unit-based decision making.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience essential
- Competent in peripheral intravenous cannulation
- Competent in care of central venous access devices
- Competent in administration of cytotoxic
- 12 months Oncology/Haematology nursing experience preferred
- Qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
Remuneration: On offer is base annual salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)
