We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused administration staff member to join our motivated and dynamic team at Ramsay Surgical Centre Glenferrie. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with staff, customers and the general public.

- High-level time management and organisational skills for seamless workflow.
- Possess knowledge of medical terminology, a valuable asset for this role
- Bring a professional and personable disposition, creating positive interactions.
- Display a willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts effortlessly.
Advantageous skills:
- Familiarity with Meditech software provides an edge
- Experience with Medical Director/Blue chip and Tyro is desirable
- Previous experience in a hospital/medical environment.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $28.93 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
