About the Role
Ramsay Surgical Centre – Glenferrie is seeking a Casual Allocations Clerk to join our small call centre team! This position primarily involves liaison with casual staff members, hospital managers and agency allocations staff per a telephone call centre in the organisation of shifts.
Prospective candidates must be available for predominantly PM and some AM shifts, but no weekend or public holiday work is required.
Selection Criteria
Successful applicants ideally possess:
- Medical terminology and hospital operation knowledge highly regarded.
- Highly developed computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously when required.
- Previous experience with ShiftMatch software highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate __ + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
