About the Role
As a member of our team, you will work alongside a dedicated and supportive team within our DOSA unit to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. Your key focus will be supporting the evaluation, planning and delivery of care to patients.
This role will involve, but is not limited to:
- Provide education on the pre-operative admissions process to our patients
- Ensure patients are admitted, prepared and ready for theatre
- Ensure that all pre-operative notes, x-rays, pathology, ECGs, medical alert forms and pre-operative checklists are completed with all variances reported to the appropriate person and documented

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with recent experience in an acute hospital setting. You will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and demonstrate a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
You will also bring:
- Nursing registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an acute care setting is essential.
- Certified to administer IV and medication.
- Excellent customer services and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environment.
Remuneration
EN- On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $32.85 - $38.46 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC EEN gr1-gr8)
RN-On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from:$36.13 - $ 49.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)

Requirements
