What's the role?
We are seeking experienced Production Technicians to join the well-established Qube team at the Utah Point Bulk Handling Facility. These will be casual positions and suitable for locally-based applicants.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Valid tickets/licencing for various heavy machinery – or ability to obtain
- Ability to assist with the cargo in-load & out-load
- A strong history of safe work practices
- Ability to perform stockpile management and general clean up duties at the Handling Facility
- Ability to operate & refuel heavy equipment & machinery
- Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Have an ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment
- Have a positive attitude
It is preferable, but not essential, to have or have experience with the following:
*We will provide training if you do not have any prior training or experience.
- Prior experience in high-risk operating environments
- Prior experience in regulated working environments
- An understanding of the operational capabilities of machinery
- Experience operating WA500/WA900 Komatsu Front End Loaders
- Experience operating Watercarts, Service Trucks, Vac Trucks and Sweeper Trucks
- Prior Ship Loader, Control Room & Sample Station operating experience
- Any relevant tickets/licencing
