About the role
Position: Container Park Administrator
Location: Outer Harbor, SA
Status: Full Time
Duties
- Communicate effectively with Operators through the Container Park
- Courteous and efficient processing of driver’s documentation
- Timely response to issues raised by major clients and customers with courtesy at all times
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure sound ongoing business relationships are maintained
- Problem solve using own initiative, keeping Qube Logistics clients updated with progress on transportation issues
About You
- Enthusiastic and motivated individuals eager to learn and grow,
- Experience with logistics environment preferred
- Understanding of and prior experience with road transport planning & wharf cartage highly regarded
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team players with a can-do attitude
