About the Program:
The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics and/or transport industry via Qube.
This 2-year program sees cadets gain experience within various parts of the business.
Throughout the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, there are also regular check-ins with the Qube team to ensure you stay engaged along your Qube journey.

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn on the job and start their career with Qube as a Commercial and Contracts Cadet in our Finance & Commercial Services Team.
As a Commercial and Contracts Cadet your role will be responsible for reviewing contracts, use your analytical skills to build business reports, research opportunities, support the business to finalise contracts and maintain agreement registers. Your interest in commerce, motivation coupled with your attention to detail will see all tasks completed with efficiency and timeliness.
Role Responsibilities:
- Review departure schedules for agreements / contracts on a commercial basis
- Review and complete credit applications for suppliers
- Coordinate contract reviews with key stakeholders
- Support National Contracts Manager in the finalisation of contracts
- Compile monthly business reports and ad hoc reporting
- Maintain contract (Supplier and Customer) and lease registers
- Maintain and update national rate cards and key commercial metrics on a monthly / as required basis E.g. (Fuel, CPI, Complex Rate cards, etc.)
- Maintenance of document library and templates
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to support the National Contracts Manager, National Finance Manager and General Manager – Finance & Commercial Services

- Business Development Team (Business Development Executive)
- Corporate Strategy Team (Business Analyst)
