What is the role?
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team. Based in Kalgoorlie, this role plays a crucial part in supporting Qube Bulk’s compliance with legislative and operational requirements across our bulk operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update compliance registers, documentation, and records
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of required documentation
• Monitor contractor compliance and ensure onboarding requirements are met
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures
• Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure site compliance
• Track and manage training, inductions, licenses, and certification requirements
• Report and escalate any non-conformances or gaps in compliance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in a compliance, administration, or document control role (preferably in logistics, or transport)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Solid computer skills – especially in MS Excel, Word, and document management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications
• Certificate IV in Business Administration, Compliance, WHS, or related discipline
• Understanding of ISO standards and compliance framework
