About the Opportunity
As a Full Time Labourer at our Sulphur Point depot, you'll be hands-on from day one, playing an important role in our daily operations. You'll gain real experience in the logistics industry while contributing to our Bay of Plenty operations - perfect for those starting their career or looking for a fresh challenge.
What You'll Be Doing
- Steam-cleaning shipping containers
- Painting containers to maintain quality standards
- Sweeping containers to ensure cleanliness
- Completing basic repairs to ensure shipping containers meet specific industry standards
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
Requirements
All successful candidates must pass pre-employment medical and drug testing, complete a Ministry of Justice Criminal History Check, and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
