Join our team as a Senior Collections Officer, forging meaningful connections with our valued clients and stakeholders. You will deliver a high standard of customer service, working autonomously to deliver Collections results for individual client portfolios.

In this role, you will;

  • Manage a portfolio of Collection files
  • Inbound/Outbound calls and other correspondence to recover funds
  • Skip tracing and updating file details
  • Following up any settlements as required
  • Recommending appropriate legal action when required
  • Regular communication with client/s to provide progress updates, discuss issues

What you'll bring;

  • Experience in Collections - Portfolio Management OR late-stage recoveries
  • Experience liaising with legal teams and making recommendations
  • An understanding of relevant legislations
  • The ability to work autonomously
