Working as a Customer Services Representative you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored solutions based on the customers unique situation.
- Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
- Assisting customers to formulate sustainable payment solutions
- Adhering to a schedule for maximum productivity
- Detailed and accurate file action notes for all interactions
- Comply with client & company policies & procedures
- Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous customer service experience - desired
- Australian Citizenship is compulsory, due to clearance requirements
