This role would suit a recent marketing, communications, or business graduate, or someone early in their career with 1–2 years’ experience. If you love storytelling, problem-solving, and bringing ideas to life through engaging content, this is a role where your work will make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing;

  • Shadow & Support: Join client and pitch meetings with the Head of Growth, capturing insights and identifying opportunities.
  • Storytelling: Build engaging case studies by gathering perspectives from leaders, frontline teams, and clients.
  • Content Creation: Develop sales decks, presentations, and proposal materials that clearly communicate our value.
  • Sales Resources: Maintain and refresh libraries of case studies, pitch materials, and client references.
  • Collaboration: Work with leaders across the business to capture information and translate it into client-ready content.

What You’ll Bring;

  • Graduate or Early Career Professional: Recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business - or 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or business development support.
  • Curiosity & Initiative: You ask questions, dig deeper, and take ownership of your work.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and quick to learn new tools.
  • Creative Thinking: Able to craft content that engages, persuades, and tells a story.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent writing skills and the confidence to interact with people across all levels.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working at pace, juggling priorities, and learning as you go.
