| The International Student Services Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of International Student Services (ISS) within the Cranwell International Center by providing front-line student support, administrative coordination, and immigration compliance assistance. This role serves as a primary point of contact for students and campus partners, supports office processes and records management, and assists with scheduling and special projects. The position also supports immigration-related processes as a Designated School Official (DSO), assisting with immigration document issuance, SEVIS record maintenance, and federal compliance and reporting requirements, including Optional Practical Training (OPT) and STEM OPT, under established procedures and guidance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance customer service and compliance responsibilities within a fast-paced academic environment. |
