| We seek an Assistant Director for Business Operations to provide operational and administrative management and financial support to the areas within the Senior Director for Student Engagement and Community Centers portfolio. The Assistant Director provides leadership and oversight for the business operations of the portfolio including HR administration, financial support, departmental administrative support, and US Passport Acceptance Facility across Student Engagement and Campus Life (SECL) and the Cultural and Community Centers (CCCs). This position ensures compliance with university policies, directly manages departmental financial transaction execution and has oversight of several administrative functions. The Assistant Director serves as a key liaison between SECL, CCCs, and Student Affairs Finance and Planning, while fostering a positive and professional environment for staff and students. |
