Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Senior Director of Enrollment Management and Assistant Registrar with VTCSOM Student Health - tracking and documenting to ensure compliance.
Coordinating updated materials for the Enrollment Management website.
Admissions process for first year students. Working in Banner and One45 software.
VSLO, Graduation planning and providing administrative support.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a medical or higher education setting. Proficient in software programs such as: Excel, PowerPoint, and all Microsoft Office programs. Significant experience in managing special projects and event planning.
Experience in tracking requirements and deadlines.
Demonstrates excellent organizational and grammatical skills and has the ability to communicate with a diverse population effectively.
Highly skilled in customer service and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in higher education.
Experience with FERPA, HIPPA, and other confidentiality legalities.
Additional experience in Banner, AMP (Medical School Admissions Portal), one45 Software
