| The Coordinator for Undergraduate Academic Integrity is a part-time, 9-month staff position that supports the Undergraduate Honor System at Virginia Tech and promotes a culture of honesty and accountability among students. Working closely with the Assistant Director, the Coordinator manages academic integrity cases, coordinates hearing panels, and supports students and faculty throughout the process. The role includes overseeing remote hearings, mentoring student panelists, tracking cases in systems like Maxient, and preparing reports to identify trends. This position combines student support, case management, and program coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong communication, sound judgment, and professionalism. Evening availability is occasionally required for hearings, with compensatory time provided during the workday. |
