Based at Kalgoorlie, this is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running behind the scenes. From coordinating travel and accommodation to supporting project controls, commercial administration and day-to-day site operations, you'll play a key role in helping our project teams succeed.
About the opportunity
As the Project Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for a wide range of site support activities, including:
- Coordinating FIFO travel, accommodation and roster movements
- Managing site onboarding, inductions and security access requirements
- Supporting purchasing, job costing and invoice processing activities
- Maintaining project registers, records and documentation
- Assisting with reports, meeting minutes and project correspondence
- Supporting the project team with commercial administration and cost control activities
- Helping to coordinate site meetings, events and logistics
No two days will be the same, and you'll work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure the site continues to operate efficiently.
About you:
- Previous experience in a project administration, or similar role
- Experience managing FIFO travel, accommodation and workforce logistics
- Exposure to job costing, purchasing or accounts administration, preferably within construction or a related industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
- A current driver's licence
