The Department of Accountancy is seeking to fill one open tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. Our primary teaching need for the position is in the area of financial accounting. New faculty teach on a 2-2 load (guaranteed for three years) and can stay on that load indefinitely based on research productivity. Expectations include a commitment to high-quality teaching both in-person and online at both the undergraduate and graduate level, including advanced courses in our Master of Science in Accountancy programs, scholarship leading to conference presentations and refereed journal publications, and university and community service. The start date for this position is August 2026.

Each year, Boise State University prepares an Annual Security Report and Annual Fire Safety Report as part of the University's commitment to safety and security on campus and in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Police and Crime Statistics Act.
