As a critical member of the Human Resources leadership team, the Director of Employee Experience plays a key role in enhancing the culture and climate of the college. With support from various campus partners, the director is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that elevate the overall employee experience- working to build trust, improve communication, strengthen relationships and promote an environment of equity and inclusion across our community. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Human Resources, this position directs and supports both the talent acquisition and employee relations functions across the institution, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, performance management and HR policy development and compliance.
Assistant in Instruction- Environmental Studies Lewiston, ME
The Assistant in Instruction in Environmental Studies (ES) works closely with faculty in their courses as well as in field and indoor laboratories in environmental science. The major focus of the position includes teaching and grading for introductory labs in environmental science and preparing laboratory spaces, supplies, materials, and transportation for weekly labs. This work includes coordination with other academic units to secure space and share and access resources as needed. Facility with geographic information systems (GIS) is strongly preferred. Work additionally includes procuring, maintaining, and designing laboratory- and field-based equipment within the environmental sciences and assisting with administrative tasks as needed for the ES program.

Executive Assistant to the President Lewiston, ME
Reporting to the president, the Executive Assistant provides dedicated support to the president, including managing their schedule, coordinating background information for their meetings and activities, supporting presidential correspondence, and planning their travel. Associate Dean of Admission and Director of Access Lewiston, ME
The Associate Dean of Admission & Director of Access serves as a member of the Admission team to recruit and enroll an academically talented and diverse class of students. The position will provide the strategic vision for all recruitment and yield efforts that focus on providing equity and access to students of color, first-generation-to-college, low-income, LGBTQ+, rural, military veterans, and non-traditional students. Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach Lewiston, ME
The Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach is responsible for aiding the Head Coach in administering a competitive NCAA Division III intercollegiate program.  This position supports the development of student-athletes through mentorship, guidance, leadership opportunities, community building, and a commitment to social justice.  The Assistant Coach focuses primarily in the areas of planning and directing recruitment, conditioning, training, and performance of student-athletes, along with fiscal management of the program.  This is a professional assistant coaching position, and all of the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of affiliated national, regional, and state intercollegiate athletic associations, the NESCAC Conference, and the College.  The Assistant Coach will have significant night and weekend commitments.  This position reports to the Head Coach.
